The Villages of Southport is a 658-unit project located at the Orlando Naval Training Center, which closed in 1994. The Villages of Southport was the first major private sector reuse project at the NTC McCoy Annex property.

The neighborhood is divided into 5 themed villages: Malibu, Portsmouth, Schooner, Island and Bermuda. Within each village, each different floor plan has three exterior elevation options, resulting in over 40 exterior alternatives.

With its solid original construction, modern amenities and fine neighborhood character, The Villages of Southport has become one of Orlando's great neighborhoods.

Required Police Background Check from Tenants/Renters

Please be advised, in an effort to ensure our neighborhoods are safe, the Board of Directors is requiring a police background check be made on the Renters/Tenants prior to moving into our community.

We are conducting the background checks at our local Southport Homeowner's Association office at 8740 Wichita Place, Orlando, FL 32827, Monday through Thursday 9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. There is a processing fee of $50.00 per person for every adult 18 years or older living in the household and must be paid by money order at the time the application is completed.

After the background check has been processed, the owner will need to contact our office for background check details. Process may take 5 to 7 business days.
